Accounts Receivable Specialist II – Remote (Poland)

About the role

The Accounting Department is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join our AR team. You will hit the ground running on a variety of financial and non‑financial tasks that protect the company’s cash flow, following established billing and collections processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and amended customer contracts to ensure billing terms, pricing, and schedules are correct.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management to validate order forms and translate contract terms into billing setup.
• Complete vendor setup forms and manage the vendor portal/PO process, including verification calls.
• Research and resolve billing disputes, coordinating with internal teams to issue credit memos or corrected invoices.
• Distribute invoices via Tesorio campaigns and monitor the AR group email to identify delinquent accounts.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close, assist with operational activities, and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable with project management of large, complex accounts.
• Ability to work a schedule that overlaps with a US‑based team.
• Hands‑on billing experience, including invoice creation, contract review, and revenue reconciliation.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high standards of accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and GSuite tools.
