Dispute Analyst with French

About the role

Medtronic is looking for a Dispute Analyst for its Disputes Lab France team, based in Warsaw. You will join the Customer Service team in the Warsaw Center of Expertise and support the standard disputes management process.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve different types of disputes (pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc.) and prepare the documents needed to settle incorrectly priced orders and disputed invoices
• Handle incoming emails, answering questions promptly and forwarding queries to the right departments
• Review existing dispute resolution processes and recommend improvements while following company policies
• Keep in regular contact with national and regional contacts about process changes

Required profile

• English at minimum B2 level and French at minimum B1 level
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer care operations, accounting or cash collection
• Able to work under time pressure, with a proactive, investigative mindset, attention to detail and analytical skills
