Customer Service Specialist with European Languages

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for Customer Support Specialists with European languages to join its team in Warsaw, Poland. You will handle a wide range of customer support cases of varying complexity across European markets, giving accurate, consistent and timely operational support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to external and internal stakeholders, comfortably by email and by phone
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional way
• Process customer requests and document customer interactions accurately
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders so that customer needs are met effectively
• Monitor and follow up on customer cases until they are resolved satisfactorily
• Work with other departments to inform, gain input and support decision making
• Keep customers and internal departments regularly informed about process-related information and changes

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer support, customer service, shared services or a similar customer-facing environment
• Proactive, investigative mindset with attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Able to work independently on moderately complex tasks under general supervision
• Willingness to recommend process improvements
• Previous experience in an international customer support environment, and experience with CRM or ERP systems, is an asset

• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Willingness to learn new applications and tools
