Associate Customer Service Specialist with French

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for an Associate Customer Service Specialist with French to join its Customer Service Team in Warsaw, Poland. The role supports the French Overseas Territories market and provides accurate, consistent and timely operational support to customers, as well as support to sales representatives, within the Medtronic Customer Service Operations Office.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to external and internal stakeholders by email and by phone
• Enter orders, answer customer queries and direct customers to the right sales representatives
• Trace shipments and liaise with the transport department to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle customer credits, product returns and disputes
• Work with other departments to inform, gather input and support decisions
• Keep sales representatives and other internal departments informed about process changes

Required profile

• Spoken and written French and English at B2 level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Operations
• Proactive, investigative mindset with attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Able to work independently on moderately complex tasks under general supervision
• Willingness to suggest process improvements

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills

What we offer

• Salary range in Poland of 102,400 to 153,600 PLN, depending on experience and qualifications
