Customer Order Internship – Sales Support

About the role

In this role you will manage customer orders arriving in the Functional account mailbox, collaborate with stakeholders and help standardise sales‑support workflows. It offers hands‑on experience in order management and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Functional account mailbox for all UKI orders.
• Assist the Sales Back Office team with data cleansing before order entry into SAP.
• Organise and clean orders within the Salesforce environment to prepare them for SAP processing.
• Support the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Student who has completed at least the first year of studies.
• Familiar with MS Office; intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivots, basic functions) are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a dynamic environment.
