Associate Director, Solutions Architect - Agentic AI / Moveworks / ServiceNow

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the design, integration and evolution of its enterprise virtual assistant. The role designs and delivers scalable integration architectures connecting Moveworks and ServiceNow with a wide range of SaaS platforms, automating IT and business workflows across the enterprise. It also covers the design and delivery of AI-driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable integration architectures between Moveworks, ServiceNow and other SaaS platforms, using APIs, event-driven patterns and secure SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
• Evaluate SaaS product roadmaps and adopt new features and AI innovations to maximise value and scalability
• Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable architectures and guide implementation strategies
• Partner with IT operations, service owners and business stakeholders to define use cases, set governance and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation
• Provide technical leadership: architecture reviews, solution standards and hands-on guidance to application development and platform teams

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions that integrate multiple platforms with ServiceNow
• Strong experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations and service automation
• Cloud architecture and integration patterns with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Integration of identity, access management and collaboration platforms (e.g. Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams)
• Knowledge of APIs, web services and event-driven architectures
• Ability to give technical leadership, including architecture guidance, design reviews and solution standards
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Bonus: experience with contact center software (Five9, AWS Connect, MS Dynamics, Genesys, Nice), enterprise virtual assistants (Moveworks, Aisera, Expressive), platform adoption and governance, and certifications such as the Open Group Master Certified Architect or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.
