Key Account Manager – Power Tools & Accessories

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for the Business Unit Accessories within Bosch’s Power Tools division, you will drive revenue growth for a comprehensive range of power‑tool accessories across assigned key accounts. You will develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Communicate and implement key‑account marketing activities at the customer level.
  • Negotiate pricing, listings and category‑management approaches with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and keep stakeholders updated on account activities and market feedback.
  • Develop new business opportunities, including new segments, category management or new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Report target achievements to headquarters in Poland and Switzerland.

Required profile

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in key‑account management, business development or similar roles, preferably within power tools, construction or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and distribution channels.
  • Very good spoken and written English for daily communication in an international environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in international, cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and partners.
