Customer Operations Representative (English + EU language)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to manage standard and high‑value customer orders in a fast‑paced, international environment. The role ensures accurate order processing, invoicing and returns while acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process standard and complex customer orders, adhering to contractual terms and pricing.
• Serve as liaison between customers and production/distribution teams for order‑related issues.
• Enter orders accurately to guarantee timely and correct invoicing.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high‑value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly, communicating solutions effectively.
• Act as escalation point for billing, delivery and return disputes.
• Proactively manage customer complaints to maintain loyalty.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Customer Operations, preferably Order‑to‑Cash.
• Fluent in English and another EU language at a proficient level.
• Background in a corporate environment, ideally within a Shared Service or GBS model.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
