Functional Lead of the Operations Team – Controlling Area

About the role

As the Functional Lead of the Operations Team for the Controlling Area, you will drive the implementation of operational processes related to transfer pricing and license management across an international landscape. You will also support the growth of the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam through knowledge transfer and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the international operations team and ensure consistent execution of transfer pricing and license management processes.
• Onboard and develop the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam, including documentation, knowledge transfer and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with the E2E‑Transfer Price and Licence‑Management project teams for operational roll‑outs.
• Act as the main contact for special topics such as US tariffs and customer compensations.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries on transfer price changes using the Transfer Price Management Tool (Optravis).
• Drive digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Required profile

• University degree or Master’s in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• More than three years of experience in controlling or accounting.
• Strong end‑to‑end process understanding and project‑management awareness.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Target‑oriented, well‑organized and willing to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Transfer pricing and licence‑management knowledge.
• Experience with operational tools such as Optravis.
• Project‑management capabilities.
