Workday Integration Specialist

About the role

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Workday Integration Specialist in Warsaw. The role supports Workday integration issues and monitoring, helps design and develop new integration systems, and keeps the systems environment stable. It suits someone with solid Workday experience who wants to deepen their technical skills and work with international stakeholders; the global job architecture name for the role is "Engineer III".

Key responsibilities

• Support Workday integration issues and monitoring (AMS activities)
• Assist in designing and developing new integration systems
• Perform administrative tasks related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads and upgrades
• Help maintain a stable and well-controlled systems environment

Required profile

• Solid experience designing, building, testing and deploying Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect
• Ability to support inbound/outbound integration issues and make changes to existing integrations
• Ability to perform routine support and regression testing of interfaces
• Understanding of data governance and attention to data quality
• Experience with incident management and integration monitoring
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

Required skills

• Familiarity with Workday Studio and basic understanding of payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF)
• Workday Integration certification (Service Partner or Customer) gives extra points
• HR functional knowledge gives extra points
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, ability to prioritise several projects, clear communication and a collaborative mindset

The salary range stated is 9,600 - 18,000 PLN, which may differ from the range in the remuneration regulations.
