Underwriting Service Specialist – International Industrial Insurance

About the role

Join Zurich's Commercial Multinational team in Warsaw and support major international industrial customers with tailored insurance solutions. You will work in a dynamic, cross‑border environment, ensuring smooth policy issuance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate property, liability and technical insurance policies for major international industrial clients.
• Provide seamless support to customers and brokers, handling both incoming and outgoing policy requests.
• Utilise specialist systems and Zurich’s internal network to communicate directly with brokers and clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as policy issuance speed and premium collection.
• Maintain data quality in administrative systems and ensure consistency of local policies with global commitments.

Required profile

• Experience in international insurance, non‑life underwriting, fronting business or reinsurance.
• Strong understanding of property, liability and technical insurance products and operations.
• Excellent communication, networking and customer‑focused skills with a precise, responsible work style.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
