Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months) - Krakow

About the role

AML RightSource is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Krakow for a 12-month contract. You will support high-volume recruitment and fulfill positions across the Managed Services practice, executing the enterprise-wide early talent recruitment strategy and delivering full life-cycle recruitment support with a strong candidate brand experience. Campus recruiting and other candidate engagement activities are also supported.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a requisition volume of about 20 roles per month.
• Use the recruitment technology stack to proactively identify and recruit top talent.
• Handle full life-cycle recruiting: initiate requisitions, review and interview candidates, manage progression through offer and hire, and act as the point of contact for candidates until their start date.
• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates, schools and network contacts, HR and business leaders.
• Work with leadership to provide recruitment metrics and analytics to HR and business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience sourcing and engaging talent in a high-volume environment.
• Strong administrative and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and to keep confidential information discreet.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: experience with Workday.
