Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

Hitachi Energy's HR team at its Lodz campus, one of the company's key European engineering and manufacturing sites, is looking for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees in a dynamic production environment. The role supports a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support line managers in leading and developing their teams, including workforce planning, leadership development, performance management and change management
• Train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools and on complying with HR practices, processes and policies
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development and people matters
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects
• Ensure data quality in HR tools and systems and manage HR reporting
• Liaise with HR Operations on payroll and personal file issues and follow up on escalations
• Support production managers with onboarding new hires and take part in employer branding activities
• Help coordinate on-site training

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field; master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience, including partnering with business leaders
• Proactivity, good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• English level B2 and fluency in Polish are mandatory

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Workday is a plus
