Senior Growth & Partnerships Specialist (B2B) - Poland

About the role

TradingView, a financial analysis platform with more than 100 million users, is hiring a Growth Manager for Central & Eastern Europe within its Growth & Marketing team in Warsaw. The role is fully remote but must be based in Poland, preferably Warsaw, and is offered as a B2B contract. You will be the point of contact for institutional clients, owning the full lifecycle with each institution and driving product adoption and new revenue in your market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run your own outbound pipeline of financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms and media companies.
• Manage inbound partnership requests from first contact through to signed agreement.
• Diagnose each institution's commercial goal, then build the proposal and pitch around it.
• Position the full range of TradingView products against what each partner actually needs.
• Carry partners through technical integration until the deal produces volume, reviewing technical team responses so communication stays client-friendly.
• Collect market signals from partners and feed them back to product and business.
• Apply a rigorous test-and-learn approach: measure, adjust and drop what does not work quickly.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Polish, plus strong professional English, written and spoken.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships with brokers and financial institutions, from first conversation through negotiation and long-term growth.
• Working knowledge of financial markets and brokerage ecosystems, including trading platforms and how financial institutions operate.
• Familiarity with TradingView and understanding of the product from the user's perspective.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and ownership of commitments and deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with a CRM.
