Advisory Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales Solution Engineer)

About the role

SailPoint, an AI-driven security platform focused on identity and access management, is looking for an Advisory Solutions Consultant (pre-sales Solution Engineer) to support its Eastern Europe sales regions for all types of accounts. You will partner with the sales teams by combining technical knowledge and business sense to help grow the business. The role requires permanent residence in Poland, and anticipates 10-15% travel and flexibility to travel within Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Take part actively in the sales process and work closely with direct and channel sales teams
• Discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint's solutions to them
• Present SailPoint's business functions, value and competitive advantages
• Deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Help develop RFP responses with the RFP response team
• Take part in onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations
• Give feedback to Product Management on product improvements

Required profile

• Fluent Polish and English
• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical pre-sales experience in complex enterprise environments and a thorough understanding of Identity, Governance, User Administration and Access Management
• Preferred: 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions
• Preferred: BA/BS or global equivalent, 8 years of related experience

Required skills

• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure: web services, application servers, databases, virtualization and directories
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture
• Desirable: Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP
