Senior Client Solutions Specialist (English & Spanish)

About the role

Mercer Services is looking for a Senior Client Solutions Specialist with English and Spanish to join its Client Solutions Team in the Warsaw office. You will manage your own portfolio of membership clients from European markets and develop and maintain day-to-day internal and external relationships with stakeholders in the compensation and benefits area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of membership clients
• Advise internal consultants and clients on Mercer products and solutions across EMEA
• Work with market consultants, providing sales support such as sales presentations, product information and client contact
• Support and manage clients' participation in Mercer's salary surveys
• Answer day-to-day client queries by email and phone
• Deliver one-on-one demos and presentations on Mercer online platforms and methodology
• Prepare compensation and benefits-related data for internal and external clients
• Cooperate with colleagues from other Teams

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• More than 2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with good ability to plan and prioritize own work
• Nice to have: HR or compensation and benefits experience, negotiation experience, international exposure, quality assurance mindset and AI solutions implementation experience

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• English and Spanish fluency
