Senior Automation Specialist - RPA Specialist (2-year fixed-term)

About the role

Join Marsh Risk's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as a Senior Automation Specialist. You will design, develop, test, and implement end‑to‑end process improvements using RPA and other automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
• Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose efficient automation solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Develop automation using VBA, Python, Alteryx, Microsoft Access, and Blue Prism.
• Drive testing, support User Acceptance Testing, and ensure successful deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience with RPA, specifically Blue Prism.
• Strong background in process mapping, reengineering, and end‑to‑end improvement.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset focused on efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and C1‑level English.
