Delivery Enablement Lead (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced Delivery Enablement Lead to support technology delivery and adoption across a regional initiative. The role is based in Warsaw and is hybrid. You will help teams deliver complex IT and transformation projects, improve ways of working and strengthen project execution through structured coordination, process optimization and hands-on delivery support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead selected capex and technology projects as Project Manager, covering scope, timeline, budget, risks and stakeholder coordination
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of regional technology initiatives, from planning through tracking and reporting
• Support technology delivery and adoption through structured follow-up and strong project execution
• Monitor benefits realization, adoption and change impact, keeping visibility into key metrics and delivery status
• Coach and guide local teams and project managers on project delivery best practices and process improvement methods

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT projects and transformation initiatives
• Strong background in project management, delivery governance and stakeholder management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regional or international environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Excellent spoken and written English at C1/C2 level
