Scrum Master – Agile Delivery for Murex Implementation

About the role

The Scrum Master will support a cross‑functional team delivering the Murex derivatives trading platform for a leading financial institution. You will ensure agile practices are followed, remove technical impediments and help the team continuously improve delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and keep the product backlog prioritized.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical leads to manage data‑integration milestones and release planning.
• Identify and remove technical impediments, protect the team from interruptions, and drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce sprint metrics, manage technical risks and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, emotionally intelligent and able to coach teams through change.
• Experience working with distributed, multi‑location teams and coordinating complex software releases.

Required skills

• JIRA and Confluence for agile team management.
• SharePoint and MS Office suite.
• Google Cloud Platform technical standards.
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps concepts.
• Knowledge of Murex or similar trading platforms.
