Project Manager / IT Integrator – IT Security

About the role

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Project Manager / IT Integrator for its squad, which provides end-to-end project management in the IT security area. The squad follows an Agile approach and works within the whole ING Group. Depending on experience and seniority, the role leads individual projects or larger cross-domain programs and transformation initiatives. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture is "IT Integrator III" or "IT Integrator IV".

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive delivery of projects, programs and strategic initiatives in the IT security domain.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance structures.
• Align priorities and delivery plans across teams, stakeholders and organizational units.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations proactively.
• Ensure transparency through status reporting, dashboards and executive-level communication.
• Support decision making with insights, recommendations and delivery guidance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance and ways of working.
• Travel as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in IT; international project experience is a must-have.
• Experience in complex IT environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to turn strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Extra points for IT security knowledge, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, SAFe or similar certifications, and a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Very good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Agile approach and mindset.

Expected salary: expert position 13,000 - 19,000 PLN, senior expert position 17,300 - 23,000 PLN; the ranges may be adjusted.
