Product Support Representative – Fleet Performance (EMEA)

About the role

The Fleet Performance Product Support Representative will act as the technical interface for airline customers across the EMEA region. You will support Skywise digital solutions such as Health Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, and Fleet Performance+, helping airlines maximise fleet uptime through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical deployment and implementation of fleet solutions, from data scoping to final configuration.
• Coordinate with airline stakeholders, ensure prerequisites are met, and facilitate seamless system integration.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, resolve technical queries during pilots, and deliver training to engineering teams.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support, perform health checks, diagnose root causes from system logs, and manage on‑call rotations.
• Gather regional customer feedback, prioritize pain points, and influence product roadmap.
• Support marketing with technical demos and contribute to the global knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Aircraft Design/Ops), Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical customer support or systems implementation.

Required skills

• Strong SaaS platform proficiency and ability to troubleshoot software applications.
• Data analysis and log‑analysis capabilities to diagnose system issues.
• Understanding of complex digital workflows and aircraft maintenance data.
