Software Engineer – Cobol (m/f/d)

About the role

Join our international Agile team of 60 IT specialists as a Software Engineer Cobol. You will develop host IT systems used for data collection and information transformation in the stock‑exchange process, supporting the Securities Process Cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Cobol and Mainframe applications for security accounts and trading.
• Analyse, design, implement and test interfaces to other IT systems.
• Prepare software builds, release packages and roll‑outs in production.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, planning, review and retrospectives.
• Implement AI‑based solutions within the Cobol/Mainframe environment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Cobol mainframe development.
• IDZ development environment.
• IBM DB2.
• Job Control Language (JCL).
