Operations Administrator with Dutch

About the role

Marsh's European Business Support Center (EBSC) in Warsaw is looking for an Operations Administrator who speaks Dutch. The EBSC took over operations from Marsh Europe so that colleagues can focus directly on clients, covering policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support and more. The office is in the city centre of Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming documentation from insurance brokers using your foreign language skills
• Enter data into internal systems with attention to detail
• Share ideas to identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate with stakeholders

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch (B2)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Previous experience in insurance, SSC or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to build relationships, open-mindedness and fast learning
