Medical Admin Assistant

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Medical Admin Assistant in Warsaw, you will provide administrative support to the medical team, helping clinical trials run smoothly and supporting the development of new medicines and treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate medical team meetings and activities
• Maintain medical documentation and records
• Coordinate communication between the medical team and other stakeholders
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars and handle travel arrangements for the medical team

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administration certification or coursework is a plus
• Proven administrative experience, preferably in a medical or clinical setting
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
