Lead Product Manager – MyComputer

About the role

As Lead Product Manager for MyComputer you will own the strategy, performance and lifecycle of one of Bosch Digital’s largest digital workplace products, influencing employee experience and business outcomes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product set, communicating a clear vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into valuable product outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, operational feasibility, risk and cost.
• Develop planning assumptions to support medium‑ and long‑term lifecycle, demand, sourcing and investment decisions.
• Lead product evolution initiatives such as service modernization, automation and hardware lifecycle optimization.

Required profile

• Experience managing complex products or services across their lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development and performance management.
• Ability to identify customer problems and translate them into clear product outcomes and actionable plans.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to evaluate risks, investments, costs and strategic trade‑offs.
• Proven ability to build alignment and drive progress across multiple teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
