Systems Administrator – Digital Workplace & Endpoint Management

About the role
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT team at StepStone Group’s Tech Hub in Warsaw. You will own and evolve key digital workplace services for thousands of employees across multiple locations, combining operational ownership with continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer assigned IT services throughout their lifecycle, including configuration, access management, monitoring, incident resolution and vendor coordination.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS devices – enrolment, compliance, application deployment, patching and device lifecycle.
- Develop automation scripts (Bash/PowerShell), troubleshoot endpoint issues and maintain a secure, standardised endpoint environment.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions for platforms such as Intune, Nexthink, Action1 and Fresh Service.
- Create and maintain documentation of service integrations and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with international project teams, IT functions, stakeholders and external providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent vocational training and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across device, identity, application and connectivity layers.
- Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems, ITIL processes and Change Management.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, API integrations).
- Experience supporting macOS devices is highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
