Junior EMEA Recruiter (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Arrow Electronics is looking for a Junior EMEA Recruiter to join its friendly and collaborative Recruiting Team in Gdańsk. The position is on a fixed-term contract, with the first contract lasting 14 months. You will recruit for technical, corporate and sales roles across EMEA, working with hiring managers and colleagues in many countries, and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA.
• Search for and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and other recruiters across different countries.
• Keep candidates informed and help create a positive candidate experience.
• Learn about EMEA talent markets and recruitment practices, and share ideas to improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing, from an in-house team or agency.
• English and Polish at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and colleagues.
• Curiosity, team-player mindset, good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
