HR Analyst (Sales Compensation)

About the role

The HR Analyst (Sales Compensation) is responsible for the end‑to‑end calculation and governance of sales incentive payments for multiple employee groups across the EMEA region. You will work closely with HR, Finance and Sales to ensure accurate, timely, and audit‑ready incentive processing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full calculation cycle of variable compensation for assigned EMEA populations, ensuring compliance with plan rules and internal controls.
• Interpret sales compensation plans and apply them consistently across countries and employee groups.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Sales and Management to resolve discrepancies, exceptions and policy questions.
• Prepare payroll‑ready outputs, perform reconciliations, variance checks and post‑payment reviews.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation, including plan logic, assumptions, SOPs and control checklists.
• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports on incentive results, plan performance and cost impact.
• Support cost modelling, scenario analysis and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives such as automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales compensation, variable pay, payroll, HR operations or finance operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills to explain calculations to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
