Junior Customer Representative (German)

About the role

Mercer Assessments' Customer Engagement team supports client acquisition and support worldwide. As a Customer Engagement Analyst (Junior Customer Representative with German), you will support clients and stakeholders of specific regions, requiring quick thinking and decision-making alongside close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Escalation management
• Stakeholder management
• Project process tracking and project coordination
• Customer service and client relations

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar client support role
• Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage several accounts at once
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building trust with clients and team members
• English and German
• Graduate, postgraduate or master's degree
