German Business Development Representative

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative in Krakow to act as a trusted advisor for a technology client's customers. The role focuses on long-term relationships, consultative selling and revenue targets, and reports to the Operations Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate with brand knowledge to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals, and recommend, quote and negotiate products
• Identify and handle all sales opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets
• Support customers ranging from small to medium businesses and advertising agencies, as well as C-level contacts, in a cloud-based environment
• Stay up to date with technology trends and work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team

Required profile

• 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience
• Experience prospecting, account development, negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to develop partnerships and communicate with high-level decision makers
• Resides in or can relocate to the Krakow area

Required skills

• German at minimum B2+/C1 level and English at minimum B2 level
• Solution-oriented mindset, comfortable resolving issues before escalation
• Some understanding of cloud-based software
