Customer Service Representative – Plastics Engineering

About the role

Resinex is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Krakow to support its Sales Team by managing customer orders end-to-end. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness and high service quality, and involves close cooperation with Logistics, Finance and Accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end, keeping them accurate and on time
• Maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers and international teams by email and phone
• Monitor order status, handle exceptions and resolve issues proactively
• Work with Logistics, Finance and Accounting to ensure correct documentation and efficient processes
• Maintain high data quality in systems and help improve processes through adherence and training

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher; graduates of chemistry-related or technical fields are welcome
• Experience in customer service, sales support or order management in a B2B environment
• Confidence with digital tools and order management / CRM systems
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and a structured approach
• Good English at a communicative level for daily cooperation with international stakeholders
