Digital Sales Representative (Czech/Slovak) – Krakow

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a results-focused Digital Sales Representative based in Krakow who enjoys helping others and maximizing sales opportunities. You will service, enhance and build relationships with current and future customers, providing professional customer service to commercial, public sector or consumer clients. You will work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets within a larger sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts
• Contact existing customers in your portfolio for consultations
• Solve problems and consult with clients to recommend the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage new marketing strategies
• Help clients implement campaign suggestions
• Build trust with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue
• Meet daily productivity KPIs and contribute to team sales targets
• Stay up to date with technology industry trends

Required profile

• Bilingual verbal and written proficiency in Czech/Slovak (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Resides in or is able to relocate to the Krakow area
• Sales aptitude and goal orientation

• Communication and problem-solving with clients
