Data Strategy Manager, Company Data

About the role

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is hiring a Data Strategy Manager for its Company Data dataset, within the Data Strategy and Management team reporting to the Data Strategy Lead. You will work closely with partners across Business Communities and Product, Data Operations, Sales and Account Management and Engineering, collaborating with internal and external clients to promote and develop a dataset that underpins key products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data transformation by defining business strategy requirements and working with data operations and engineering on data modernisation initiatives.
• Work with product managers to deliver new data and other improvements through feed and desktop products, and provide the detail for product supporting documentation.
• Review supporting documentation, coordinate improvements across teams and take part in business planning, consolidating requirements and providing resourcing and cost estimates.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness with the Content Operations team, and collaborate with data governance teams to meet compliance objectives.
• Partner with Strategy Managers across Company and Entity Data on cross-content initiatives, and consolidate feedback from customer support and external sources on the position of products relative to competitors.
• Maintain materials describing the breadth and depth of available data, and take part in market research activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience working with financial markets and instruments.
• Subject matter expertise in Company, Entity or People Data.
• Experience in business transformation programmes.
• Career stage: Manager.

What we offer

• Anticipated annual gross base salary of 169,200 to 267,600 PLN, depending on location.
