Senior CRM Data Analyst / Customer Intelligence Analyst (Part-Time)

About the role

Solvd, an AI-native consulting and technology services firm, is looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded CRM Data Analyst to own customer data insights, data quality monitoring and CRM performance analysis across EMEA. The role sits between business and technical teams, turning complex data into insights that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and monitor customer data quality, identity resolution, attributes, audiences and profile unification in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)
• Investigate discrepancies in customer counts, audience composition, campaign targeting and reporting, and work with Global Engineering, Data and Product teams on corrective actions
• Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle performance, engagement, retention and purchase trends, and develop segmentation and customer value analyses
• Evaluate CRM campaigns and customer journeys, and support personalization initiatives
• Analyze website and digital behavior with Adobe Analytics, partnering with E-commerce and Product teams
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, develop automated reports and present clear visualizations to stakeholders
• Translate technical findings into business-friendly recommendations and influence decisions with data-driven storytelling

Required profile

• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) and strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Proven experience troubleshooting data quality issues at scale
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing business decisions

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Analytics and advanced Tableau
• Strong SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake
