AI & LLM Engineer

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Generative AI & LLM Engineer to help build AI-driven automation solutions that improve how Funds data is processed, validated and delivered. The role applies practical AI using Microsoft-based tools to solve real business problems, improving efficiency, data quality and turnaround times across large-scale content workflows. Long years of industry experience are not required; the focus is on applying modern AI technologies effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Help design and build AI-powered automation solutions for Funds data workflows
• Develop data science solutions using Microsoft AI and data platforms
• Apply machine learning, natural language processing and rule-based approaches to automate data processing tasks
• Build proofs of concept and work with engineers to move successful solutions into production
• Collaborate with content, product and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions
• Learn Funds data structures, workflows and quality controls
• Write clean, efficient Python code and document your work
• Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical colleagues

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Relevant experience through employment, internships, academic or personal projects
• Strong interest in applying AI to improve real-world processes
• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity and comfort in a collaborative team
• Able to explain technical work simply

Required skills

• Python for data analysis, automation or machine learning
• Hands-on exposure to AI or machine learning on real datasets
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services or Microsoft Fabric
• Data preparation and model evaluation

What we offer

• Anticipated annual gross base salary of 142,900 to 226,100 PLN, depending on location and experience
• Eligibility for the Annual Bonus Plan
