Crew Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Crew Compliance Specialist will join Skywise’s Customer Fulfillment team within the NAVBLUE portfolio. You will be the product expert for crew legality and compliance features, ensuring airlines meet civil aviation, company and union regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain‑specific technical support for NAVBLUE products that include crew compliance functionality.
• Answer customer and internal queries on crew legalities, analyze feedback, and guide development priorities.
• Prioritize bug fixes and enhancements, coordinating with development teams and contractors.
• Validate operational use of the product and ensure compliance with safety, security, quality and business standards.
• Define and implement features such as credit calculations that feed payroll systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver Level‑3 support and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of aviation crew legality rules and regulations.
• Experience in technical support or product ownership for aviation software.
• Ability to analyse customer feedback and translate it into actionable development tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
