Senior Digital Analytics Consultant

About the role

Flying Bisons is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to partner with clients on designing and optimizing analytics ecosystems. You will define KPIs, audit tracking implementations, analyse user behaviour and turn data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance, digital products and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data from websites, apps, digital products and campaigns, and work with clients to define business goals and analytics needs.
• Design measurement plans, tracking plans, event structures and data documentation; configure, audit and optimise GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Hotjar and other tools.
• Write SQL queries in BigQuery, identify data‑quality issues, support consent‑mode and privacy‑by‑design topics, and prepare dashboards, reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategy, UX Research, Product Design, Development, Data and Client Service teams, and use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with practical experience in BigQuery and SQL.
• Background in agency, consulting or project‑based environments, designing measurement plans and defining KPIs.
• Proven ability to identify tracking gaps, ensure data quality and translate data into clear business, product and UX recommendations.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (B2+/C1) and experience leading client workshops or analytics consultations.
