IT Project Manager

About the role

Flying Bisons seeks a proactive IT Project Manager to lead complex digital projects for clients in the Middle East and MENA region. You will act as the central hub between client expectations and cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order intake, prepare work orders and business proposals, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, resource allocation, and alternative plans when contributors become unavailable.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budget monitoring, invoicing accuracy, and reporting of project profitability.
• Serve as primary client contact, gather status updates, resolve daily issues, and ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Handle stakeholder communication, risk identification, and mitigation planning across diverse contributors.
• Contribute to the development of AI‑first project management tools and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of project management experience in a digital agency or tech environment.
• Proven experience working with clients from the Middle East or MENA region and fluency in Polish and English (C1/C2).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate 10‑15 multidisciplinary contributors and manage project budgets.
• Strong ownership mindset, solution‑oriented approach, and ability to spot new business opportunities.
