Credit Management Team Member (German) – FS Consulting

About the role

Join PwC Poland’s FS Consulting team as a Credit Management Team Member, working closely with PwC Germany on cross‑border projects for the German financial sector. You will support clients in credit risk management, regulatory reporting and audit preparation while developing your expertise in European banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end credit processes and support regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Assist clients in implementing regulations such as MaRisk and interpreting emerging frameworks like IReF or BIRD.
• Analyze credit risk changes, optimise reporting processes and ensure compliance with CRR, FINREP, COREP and other European regulations.
• Support clients during supervisory audits conducted by the ECB, Bundesbank or BaFin.
• Drive digitalisation of credit processes and work with regulatory reporting tools (Abacus, BAIS).
• Develop programming skills (Python, R) and use AI tools to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with PwC Germany, building a cross‑border network and learning from experts.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in financial services or consulting, preferably with exposure to German institutions.
• Hands‑on experience in regulatory reporting on at least 2–3 projects.
• Higher education degree in economics, international business, accounting or a related field.
• Understanding of banking processes, risk management and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Structured, proactive and quality‑focused work approach.
