Financial Accountant

About the role

Addepto is seeking a Financial Accountant to coordinate accounting activities in Poland and ensure accurate financial data for KMS Technology’s management reporting. You will act as the main liaison between the external accounting provider and internal stakeholders, supporting month‑end closing, cash‑flow monitoring and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting activities between the external provider and internal teams.
• Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements.
• Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite.
• Reconcile general‑ledger balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording.
• Support month‑end closing process and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations and support payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Assist audits and cooperate with external auditors.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations; US GAAP preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1).

Required skills

• NetSuite (ERP) – experience highly desirable.
• SAP or other ERP systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
