Contracts Lifecycle Business Partner

About the role

Roche Diagnostics is looking for an open-minded, well-organised professional to join its Contract Lifecycle Management team in Warsaw. The role follows the complete lifecycle of commercial contracts, from the start of the supply process to its conclusion. It is a fixed-term contract of 18 months placed through a temporary work agency. First, the candidate builds detailed knowledge of the CLM ecosystem based on the practices of Poland and the Baltics, then supports and drives end-to-end CLM processes for the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Master the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management ecosystem and standardise it for cross-country collaboration
• Prepare, check and submit contractual documentation to customers
• Keep contracts, amendments, renewals and extensions accurate and up to date
• Monitor contract and reagent data and make changes based on internal or external documentation
• Work with Sales on implementing contracts, agreements and annexes
• Verify data accuracy in SAP, Agiloft and the deal calculation tool
• Monitor new equipment from warranty replacements and update the register of fixed assets
• Collaborate with the service department on instrument data accuracy and order digital product licences

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (logistics, project management or commercial environment)
• Good understanding of finance, accounting, fiscal and statutory principles
• Experience with tenders, contract management or fixed assets is an asset
• Fluent English is mandatory; Polish and/or Turkish is a plus
• Careful, alert, honest, result-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a matrix organisation

Required skills

• Practical MS Office proficiency
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Agiloft, GDC or CMC is highly valued
