Corporate Lawyer (Junior) – Fixed‑term

About the role

Customs Support Group is seeking a proactive, business‑oriented Corporate Lawyer at junior level to join its in‑house legal team on a temporary basis. The role supports commercial, corporate and regulatory matters while working closely with international stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on day‑to‑day business matters and draft, review, negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support compliance with corporate, commercial and data‑protection regulations.
• Assist corporate governance activities, including board resolutions, powers of attorney and legal entity management.
• Coordinate with external counsel and monitor legislative developments affecting the business.
• Contribute to internal projects such as acquisitions, integrations and process improvements.

Required profile

• Law degree (admission to practice advantageous but not mandatory).
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in a reputable law firm or in‑house department.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law and governance matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
