Clinical Education Specialist - CT

About the role

GE Healthcare is looking for a Clinical Education Specialist for its CT products in Warsaw. You will provide formal technical and clinical training to customers who have bought GE Healthcare CT equipment, covering ongoing post-sale support, on-site clinical education visits and product demonstrations at pre-sale events and congresses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical information by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training on software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT scanner portfolio and post-processing workstations
• Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education and equipment performance optimisation
• Support trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations, workstation promotion and customer training
• Use product knowledge to help commercial and marketing teams build sales tools
• Provide post-training reports and regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organisation

Required profile

• Qualified radiographer or Master's degree in Radiography, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with advanced clinical experience with CT devices
• Fluent in English and Polish, with solid problem-solving, communication and presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and spend 70-80% of working time on site at customer locations
• Valid driving licence
• Preferred: technical background on GE Healthcare technology physics and medical, basic clinical/medical background, and advanced clinical scanning skills in CT
