About the role
SD Solutions is seeking a Backend Team Lead for CloudSec Client #1. You will combine hands‑on technical leadership with people management, driving the design, development, and operation of scalable cloud‑native backend systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
- Make technological and architectural decisions and conduct design and code reviews.
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend components.
- Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, Research, and Product teams to deliver best‑in‑class features.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in languages such as Java, C#, Python or Go.
- 3+ years of experience leading a development team.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data‑intensive systems.
- Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture.
