Development Manager – Product Teams

About the role

As Development Manager you will lead one or two fully remote, cross‑functional software development teams responsible for building and evolving OrbusInfinity, the flagship enterprise SaaS product. You will focus on coaching, guiding and enabling the teams to turn product goals into well‑designed, maintainable software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop 6‑12 direct reports, supporting performance, engagement and career growth.
• Ensure clear delivery processes, alignment on outcomes, dependencies and risks across product and engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads and senior engineering leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable priorities.
• Promote engineering quality, reliability and continuous improvement, and support technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Several years of experience leading software development teams in a hands‑off, people‑first manner.
• Previous hands‑on experience as a software engineer or similar technical role.
• Strong ability to coach, give feedback and develop talent.
