Head of AI / AI Strategic Consultant

About the role

Addepto is seeking a Head of AI / AI Strategic Consultant to shape AI strategies for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, defining AI roadmaps and guiding initiatives from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Advise C‑level and senior stakeholders on AI‑driven business value and define AI strategy, roadmaps, investment cases and ROI.
• Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across functions such as efficiency, new revenue, customer experience and risk reduction.
• Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models and capability‑building programs.
• Translate business goals into AI initiatives and ensure delivery teams bring them to production.
• Monitor market trends (Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) and assess strategic impact on client business models.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, training and AI literacy across organizations.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, discovery engagements and long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation, including senior leadership roles in consulting or industry.
• Proven track record of defining AI strategies and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C‑level executives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client workshops and on‑site engagements.

Required skills

• Modern AI technologies (Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI).
