About the role
Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as an Automation Specialist focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). You will work with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support teams in understanding end‑to‑end processes and spotting improvement opportunities.
- Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and areas suitable for automation.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and help design RPA solutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Blue Prism.
- Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, to ensure solutions are ready for deployment.
Required profile
- Proven experience with RPA, specifically Blue Prism.
- Exposure to process mapping, analysis, or improvement activities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency.
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level).

- REST API data exchange (basic knowledge)
