AI Video Generation Specialist

About the role

TCGroup, an international e-commerce company specialising in personalised products such as photo books, wall art and home décor, is building its generative AI capabilities. Its Graphic Team in Szczecin, Poland is looking for an AI Video Generation Specialist to create complete advertising videos with AI, from the first prompt to the finished ad, for 20+ online shops across markets and languages. The role is full-time and permanent, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Generate complete videos, scenes and product shots with generative AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux and ElevenLabs.
• Develop and scale AI-based video workflows, including prompt engineering, image-to-video, consistent characters and product placement.
• Produce AI-generated advertising videos for YouTube, social media, performance channels and seasonal campaigns.
• Create AI avatars, voiceovers and localised video variants for multiple markets and languages.
• Evaluate new AI models and tools, testing them and establishing best practices.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, templates and automated pipelines, and refine AI-generated footage to brand and quality standards.
• Share AI know-how with the wider team and support colleagues in adopting new tools.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience generating video content with current generative AI tools, with a portfolio of AI-generated videos.
• Experience combining several AI tools into end-to-end workflows (image generation, animation, voice, edit).
• Curiosity and drive to keep up with a rapidly changing AI landscape.
• Good eye for storytelling, branding, fonts, colours and design.
• Good English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video models, controlling style, camera movement and consistency.
• Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Nice to have: familiarity with ComfyUI, automation tools or APIs.
