Digital Product Designer

About the role

Alcon is seeking a full‑stack Product Designer for its Digital Health unit to create intuitive user experiences that translate user needs, business requirements and technical constraints into compelling digital health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, define personas and map journeys to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, task flows, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes across multiple platforms.
• Develop visual designs and consistent digital experiences for various devices and channels.
• Produce concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows.
• Run concept and usability testing to iteratively improve solutions.
• Collaborate with an agile multidisciplinary team to ensure feasible and accurate implementation.

Required profile

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Product Designer.
• Strong grasp of user‑centered design, research methods, usability, accessibility and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate detailed requirements into complete user experiences.
• Curious, inquisitive and willing to take appropriate risks and champion new ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and related UX tools (FigJam, Miro, Maze, Dovetail).
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
