Motion Designer

About the role

The Motion Designer will create, animate and edit advertising videos for over 20 online shops, covering TV commercials, YouTube, social and performance formats across multiple markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, animate and edit advertising videos for TV, YouTube, social media and performance channels.
• Deliver seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday and Christmas, including TV commercials.
• Produce product, shopping and UGC‑style videos that convert across shops.
• Plan, shoot and post‑produce photo and video content.
• Build and expand the company’s YouTube presence together with the Marketing team.
• Create market‑specific variants and language adaptations.
• Use and develop AI‑supported video workflows to generate multiple cuts, formats and language versions quickly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of motion or video experience, preferably in e‑commerce or an agency.
• Strong proficiency with AI video and image generation tools.
• Excellent storytelling, timing and platform sense for TV, social and performance formats.
• Good English to work with an international team.

Required skills

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI video generation tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (nice to have).
